The Role

National Accounts Manager, Pharma Sales, Human Health and Research Company, NW London, £Salary Negotiable DoE

 

The Company

We are currently recruiting for a National Accounts Manager for a British Human Health and Research company to help manage their existing accounts and seek opportunities to win new business. Whilst the accounts you will be managing span the whole county, the ideal candidate will be based within an hour of North West London.

 

The Role

As the National Accounts Manager your role will be multifaceted:

  • Strategic Management of some of the company's existing client base

  • Deal with any issues that arise for said accounts

  • Negotiate any listings fees/exclusivity

  • Conduct regular review meetings to assess progress

 

You

  • You will be educated to a degree level

  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience handling national accounts in the multiple pharmacy and multiple grocery sectors

  • Have strong negotiation skills

  • Have knowledge/experience of supply chain management

  • Have a full driving licence

Which team do you work in?

I work in Pharma Sales roles. 

Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in all levels of Pharma Sales roles across the south of the UK. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I find that speaking to the experts (the candidates themselves) is the best way to stay up-to-date with current affairs and develop my own sector knowledge. I also like to take some time each week to have a look through LinkedIn to see what people in the industry are talking about.

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm a big fan of the new(ish) Bond movies, so I'd have to say Spectre or Skyfall. Failing that anything with Adam Sandler in it.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to invent a device that could see into the future (or just at next week's winning lottery numbers!)
