Pharma Sales and Key Account Managers in London, the South, South West, and South Wales.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Role

North London & East Anglia Key Account Manager | Small Pharma Company | Autonomous Role | £competitive


The Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a small pharma company working within Endocrinology and Urology. The company believes in a truly autonomous Key Account Management approach within the Pharmaceutical industry, valuing outcomes and strong account plans over implementing a call rate. This role is covering the North London & East Angia and is part of a team expansion due to positive NICE guidelines and excellent sales growth.


The Role

Within this role as a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading your territory completely autonomously, and left to go out and hold the conversations with the people you believe will best benefit the company.

  • You will be required to do Stakeholder Mapping across the area whilst also prioritising your accounts effectively to maximise impact.

  • Managing, developing, and growing relationships with existing customers



For this role, it is expected that you will be:

  • An experienced Key Account Manager with a consistent background within Pharma Sales

  • Worked ideally across both your local health economy including Secondary care, CCG's and Meds Management.

  • You will be innovative in your approach and driven to succeed. A natural problem solver, you will have a positive attitude to create a Win : Win : Win situation.

  • ABPI qualified.
