The best way is to constantly communicate with my candidates, new and old. If something is happening within the industry, candidates are usually the first people to know and voice their opinion.

What's your favourite film and why?

Probably Leon. 12-year-old Natalie Portman learns how to become an assassin from Jean Reno, who has a strange relationship with a potted plant and tries to kill the drug fuelled Gary Oldman. Brilliantly over-the-top.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

Lightsabers – need I say more?

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I formed a record label with a few friends at 18, which expanded massively, and went on to host stages at a couple of national festivals. I didn't realise how valuable it was at the time, but networking with key industry figures and musicians was crucial. Our artists quickly grabbed attention and are currently on tour across Europe. As a huge music aficionado, it’s fantastic knowing we’ve pushed them to that level. Looking back, it’s the same in any industry – networking, knowing your industry leaders, and attending national and international events is key.

This is a fantastic Senior Account Manager opportunity, ideal for an Account Manager with healthcare communications experience who's looking for a blended, bespoke approach where your creative side can flourish.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage and implement PR plans effectively and efficiently to meet client's needs. As Account Manager, you will be taking accountability for the management of programmes and client relationships

  • You will project manage programmes to ensure they meet the brief, budget and deadlines

  • The chance to take control and ownership of innovative healthcare PR campaigns

  • The opportunity to build new business and to build a network of media contacts

  • Opportunities to manage and mentor junior staff



This role will be perfect for an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive who has excellent pharma knowledge and healthcare communications experience, who enjoys the challenge of an integrated approach that may include medical education, disease awareness, social media campaigns, advertising and digital along with traditional PR methods- you really will be working in a creative environment.
