A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.

Independently owned medical communications agency in Macclesfield are looking to hire a Client Services Director to help facilitate the growth and shape the direction of this ambitious and evolving agency.


The Company

The Role

Client Services Director to provide strong direction and guidance to the client services team, whilst bringing a high level of commercial acumen to the wider business.

  • Strategic and tactical delivery, overseeing resourcing, succession planning, workflow and management of personal issues.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage growth and profitability.
  • Leadership and management of the client services team, and support across wider accounts.
  • Lead initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
