The Role

Database Coordinator - Entry Level Med Comms - Macclesfield - £Competitive

A highly successful, growing medical communications agency are expanding their team and therefore looking for additional support with an organised, enthusiastic Database Coordinator.


The Company

After year on year success, this is a company expanding and therefore recruiting across the business. You will be part of a company who:

The Role

You will be an integral support function for the wider team, and responsible for:

  • Being the main point of contact for clients, taking briefs and managing projects and budgets
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings
  • Effectively keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • For candidates with scientific backgrounds, there is the option to be involved in scientific reviewing, developing drafts and materials following project briefs



This is an entry level role, but to be considered you must be able to demonstrate:

  • English GCSE at A*-B as a minimum
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience in a coordination / project management / administrative role would be advantageous

Candidates with experience of working with databases such as Zinc, Datavision, PubStrat in a medicalcommunications environment would really stand out from the crowd, but full training will be offered for the right candidate.
