Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in mid to senior level appointments across all disciplines within the Market Access / HEOR field. I manage roles both on the permanent and interim basis. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

First and foremost, we are kept up to date by speaking day in, day out to candidates and clients alike - information from an internal perspective is highly valuable to us in terms of gauging how best to approach resourcing. Reading industry press and engaging in online discussions certainly keeps us on top of wider topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I have many favourite films: Home Alone at Christmas time, any James Bond films (especially Skyfall) for a bit of action but, ultimately, I LOVE How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Maybe not the best film ever but one that reminds me of really good times with all my best friends. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I have yet to find anything that keeps my young daughter still and engaged for over 5 minutes, so my invention would be a remote control-style device that allows me to pause her in time - allowing me to make and enjoyably drink a full cup of tea with no distractions!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

One of my little fingers is 7mm shorter than the other!

The Role

In position as Director - Value Communications, you will be responsible for: Assessing viable business opportunities for the Market Access division, leading on the development of proposals and maximising the chances of acquiring client projectsDesigning, managing and undertaking elements of project delivery - acting as a senior lead on assigned projectsReviewing deliverables, proposing new or modifying service offeringsEnsuring that the profile of the company is maximised externallyManagement of assigned team members and continuous mentoring of junior team members.


In order to make a successful application to the post of Director - Value Communications, you must demonstrate: Experience in a similar role with proven ability to produce documents that meet client briefs within Market Access; HTA/regulatory submission documents, proposals and presentationsExperience in designing and executing complex research strategiesA clear understanding of the evidence needs and perspectives within healthcare decision making; payers, HTA bodies and regulatorsAn understanding of business objectives (financials and KPI's) and effective team management skills.
