Account Manager- International Medical Communications Agency- Manchester or Cheshire- Up to £35k DoE

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, international Medical Communications Agency. This client is recruiting for an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to come and join their client services team due to continued growth. This agency is recognised for their training opportunities and support as well as their friendly culture which offers flexible working opportunities and no long hours. The Role

This role will involve managing the delivery of a full range of medical communications services. The roles key responsibilities are:

  • Contributing to the project brief (including time allocations, target audiences, and client's key messages).

  • Monitoring the project status and costs and providing up-to-date management information to the client and account team as requested.

  • Reviewing the project outputs against the client's rationale for work, specific project objectives, key messages and consistency within the marketing communication aims on the account as a whole.

  • Contributing to new business proposals.

  • Liaising effectively with the client and opinion leaders, acting as a primary point of contact according to the requirements of the account.



To apply for this Account Manager opportunity our client was hoping for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

  • Currently working as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager (or equivalent) within a healthcare communications agency.

  • Experience working across publications, congress and symposia.

  • Demonstrable track-record of high-level client service expertise in medical communications, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) both externally and internally.

  • Proven ability to provide project and account management for large clients, liaising effectively with editorial teams, successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
