Associate Medical Writer - Medical Communications Agency - Cheshire - £Competitive

The Role

This Associate Medical Writer role will involve assisting the scientific editorial team to produce high quality and accurate scientific content that meets the pharmaceutical clients' needs.

  • This will involve occasionally liaising and effectively communicating with clients, KOLs, suppliers and other team members in the delivery of project work.

  • Developing outlines and drafts of materials according to project brief.

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of and staying up to date with relevant therapy areas.

  • Learning the internal styling, editing and quality checking processes.

  • Learning and demonstrating knowledge of key industry guidelines.

I keep up-to-date using groups on LinkedIn and by keeping in regular contact with people currently working in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!
