I specialise in Marketing roles at all levels, such as Marketing Executives, Brand Leads, Brand Managers and Product Managers.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

The main way in which I keep up-to-date with issues is through constantly speaking with my client and candidate network and through industry relevant news and articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm definitely much more of a boxset type of person. I have a very low attention span for films - I'm currently going through the Vikings series and I love it! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleporting device where I could be in any country in the world within as short a time as possible. Love to travel but dislike the actual travelling element!

The Company

Our client is a large and very well established and fast growing pharma company with a wide range of products serving several therapy areas. They are currently seeking a Franchise Lead to join the marketing team to work on the Established Brands Portfolio that includes Market Leading products. Our client is offering clear development opportunities for a driven and motivated senior marketeer.

 

The Role

  • Establish UK Life Cycle Management (LCM) function for the Business Unit

  • Develop and implement LoE strategy for the relevant brands

  • Lead the UK Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Enhance the Patient Support strategy

  • Embed Marketing Excellence program across the UK

  • Coordinate new product and/or new market development projects

  • Effective line management and development of Digital Marketing and LCM function

 

You

  • The ability to lead people and projects, influence senior stakeholders and develop marketing excellence is critical.

  • Proven track record of managing complex cross functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management and implementation.

  • Professional marketing qualification - such as CIM

  • Experience of leading the brand planning process in a pharma marketing role (minimum 3 years)

  • Product life cycle management experience, specifically regarding patent expiry (LOE)
