The Role

Training Specialist | Global Pharma Co. | Head Office Based (national travel expected) | Excellent Financial Package

 

The Company

Our client is a small but very well established and fast growing pharma company with a wide range of products serving several therapy areas. Working within the Specialist Disease Team, they are now seeking a professional and experienced Training Manager to work both in Head Office (North West) and Field Based.

 

The Role

  • You will be responsible for the design of specific training materials for the specialist sales team, working closely with Field Managers and National Business Leads.
  • Looking at skills gaps and behavioural needs, you will be tasked to facilitate the training programme utilising a range of methods of blended learning.
  • You will be able to add value to the existing training programme, especially around e-learning.
  • This role requires a consultative approach to the learning needs and coaching requirements, quite often developing a bespoke training programme to facilitate these.

 

You

  • You will have training experience and have an innovative and creative approach to developing and delivering training.
  • You may be a sales rep with training / mentoring experience wanting a dedicated training role.
  • You will be able to inspire and motivate people with your positive attitude and blended learning techniques and have excellent coaching skills.
  • A confident person, you will be able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • You MUST have the ABPI with relevant UK Pharma / Healthcare experience.
