I work as part of the Market Acces, HEOR and Value Comms team at Carrot Pharma Recruitment.

I cover all Junior to Mid-Level roles within my sector. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Speaking with candidates and clients on a daily basis, networking with colleagues internally and reading industry news and press releases. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Tough decision between Prisoners and No Country For Old Men - both are excellent films but No Country wins based on intensity and number of times I've watched it. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

Some knowledgeable football pundits for Sky to join Gary Neville.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Market Access/Value Comms professional to take on a role of responsibility within this successful Consultancy.

As part of a wider company, this Consultancy offers a specialised practise within the field of Market Access and Value Communications for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets. In position here you will:

The Role

In position as Director, Value Communications, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing viable business opportunities for the Market Access division, leading on the development of proposals and maximising the chances of acquiring client projects

  • Designing, managing and undertaking elements of project delivery - acting as a senior lead on assigned projects

  • Reviewing deliverables, proposing new or modifying service offerings

  • Ensuring that the profile of the company is maximised externally

  • Management of assigned team members and continuous mentoring of junior team members.

 

You

In order to make a successful application to the post of Director, Value Communications, you must demonstrate:

  • Education to degree level in the Biomedical sciences.

  • Experience in a similar consulting/industry role with proven ability to produce documents that meet client briefs within Market Access; HTA/regulatory submission documents, proposals and presentations

  • Experience in designing and executing complex research strategies

  • A clear understanding of the evidence needs and perspectives within healthcare decision making; payers, HTA bodies and regulators

  • An understanding of business objectives (financials and KPI's) and effective team management skills.
