I'm not a big film watcher at all. I last saw The Inbetweeners at the cinema and that was hilarious!
If you could invent one thing what would it be?
Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.

We are supporting a Global Bio Pharma Company currently recruiting for a Regional Account Director to join their Diabetes Business Unit. They are a dynamic and aspirational company that have an amazing pipeline within specialist medicine and are now looking to add resource to support the ongoing success of their new diabetes product.

The Role

  • Promoting a recently launched Diabetes product, you will have complete autonomy and P&L responsibility.
  • You will plan and deliver to achieve business objectives for your product, continually developing and strategising across your region.
  • Managing a small team and allocating resources where appropriate, you will have excellent commercial acumen and leadership skills to motivate and drive success.
  • Working with Snr NHS Stakeholders, you will engage with them to ensure positive access and complex overcome objections.
  • You will be an inspirational leader that knows how to balance being a supportive manager without stifling autonomy and true account management.

You

  • You will have enjoyed success throughout your career, with line management responsibility alongside having a commercial and business mind.
  • You will have excellent influencing skills and be a natural problem solver, adapting strategies to maximise sales and ensure patients gain access to your product.
  • You will lead from the front and be able to motivate, drive and develop Snr sales people to over achieve on set objectives.
  • You will have managed a Key Account Management team and have excellent understanding of the NHS, especially within Primary Care.
