The Role

As the Observational Research Manager, you will be joining a bespoke team who are responsible for conducting primary data collection studies and providing a consultative approach to clients. As the Observational Research Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Working closely with clients, identifying their needs and ability to provide research solutions
  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Drafting study protocols for review
  • Manage projects through all stages, working closely with internal teams and external partners including HCP
  • You will also be responsible for the line management of junior team members, offering support and guidance when needed



As the Observational Research Manager, you must have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Educated to degree level, ideally within Health Economics, Medicine or Science subjects
  • Experience conducting observational and/or non-interventional studies
  • Good organisational and time management skills
