How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Attending events and meeting candidates and clients is a fantastic way of engaging with my sector and really getting to know people, companies and their motivations. This, alongside keeping up-to-date with MedComms Networking and PMLive articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm not the biggest of movie buffs but one of my favourites is Lars Von Trier's 'Dancer in the Dark'. It stars Bjork and I'm quite a big Bjork fan!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I would invent a mode of transport which is, essentially, a large rollercoaster. It would make my commute to work that bit more enjoyable.

The Role

As Global Publications Coordinator, you will assist the Publication Managers on a variety of strategic publication and scientific communication plans for products in development and marketed globally.

  • Full coordination and management of internal publications database
  • Liaising between the pharma company and stakeholders, agencies and other third parties
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Co-ordinating with the internal publications team



The ideal candidate will be a life-sciences graduate from a reputed university, looking for an opportunity in a Pharmaceutical company to assist in the management of rolling publications plans for uro-oncology, endocrinology and neurology products.

  • Life-sciences degree from a reputed university
  • Some experience within the Pharmaceutical industry advantageous
  • Highly organised with a methodical way of working
  • Keen team player with fantastic organisational skills
  • Adaptable and able to solve-problems and provide
