If you could invent one thing what would it be?

The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them!

The Role

Key Account Manager, Oncology/Haematology, South Central & North London, Competitive Financial Package

 

The Company

We are supporting a Global BioPharma Company who are currently expanding their Haematology and Oncology division in various territories. Having recently successfully recruited a Key Account Manager within their Oncology team, we are now looking for an additional head within their Haematology business unit. This role will focus across the North London & South-Central area (Oxon, Berks).

They are a dynamic and aspirational company that have an amazing pipeline within specialist medicine and are now looking to add additional resources to support the ongoing success of their fantastic Oncology / Haematology pipeline - which have various new indications launching over the next 12/18 months!!

 

The Role

  • Promoting a well-positioned Oncology/Haematology drug, you will aim to grow sales and market share.

  • You will be required to identify and build effective and strategic account plans across your territory, adopting a multi stakeholder approach with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will work at secondary care level, building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders

  • Keep up to date, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competitor drugs and strategies

 

You

  • You will be a first-class Key Account Manager ideally with demonstrable success working with the NHS at a strategic level.

  • Previous or current experience in either Haematology or Oncology is strongly preferred, however the company will look outside of this for someone with excellent specialist care experience

  • You will have strong desire and a 'can do' attitude. Attitude is everything in this role, and the company really wants to see someone who is willing to 'make things happen'

  • You will be able to clearly demonstrate developing complex and strategic account plans to maximise sales both in the short and long term.
