The Role

  • This unique opportunity requires a Pharmaceutical Sales Director to lead a matrix team on the global sales and financial strategy directives.

  • As well as managing the team, the Sales Director will be customer facing, promoting the service globally, particularly in Africa and Asia, dealing mainly with pharmacies, hospitals and private clinics.

  • The role requires management of the distributor and wholesales channels globally, dealing with margins and a highly commercial sell.

  • The Sales Director will manage P&L and shape the company's sales strategy alongside the commercial team.

  • The role will require someone to work from Head Office in Central London regularly and travel globally 25% of the time.



You must have experience managing distributor and wholesale channels globally, perhaps you are a Channel Director or a Sales Director for EMEA. Experience in Africa or Asia is extremely beneficial.

  • You must have current or previous line management responsibilities.

  • You must be based within a commutable distance to head office in Central London.

  • You must have Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience

  • You will be exceptionally motivated and driven to make a difference.

  • You will want to work hard for an amazing cause and work in a role where you are passionate about what you do.

Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.
