Project Coordinator - Medical Communications Agency - London - Up to £26k

Due to ongoing internal growth this leading independent med comms agency is in urgent need of a Project Coordinator to join their passionate team. The Role

This Project Coordinator role will involve providing key support to the project teams to successfully deliver clients requirements on time, to budget and to brief. This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide project support to the team throughout the project life cycle, utilizing company and client systems, updating and maintaining accurate information to a high standard.

  • Manage individual projects to support an account, contributing to a successful outcome.

  • Learn about the day-to-day components that make up the project life cycle and incorporate your learnings into the way you manage projects and support the team.

  • Provide support to the management of project financials through accurate and careful recording, tracking, and timely processing and reconciliation.

  • Proactively contribute to project status meetings (client and internal); providing up-to-date status reports ensuring actions and decisions are captured.



  • Experience working in a Project Coordination type role.

  • Knowledge of, or experience working in a pharma industry related role.

  • Experience managing financials/ budgeting of projects.

  • Competent user of Microsoft office.

  • Degree level education is desirable.

I keep up-to-date using groups on LinkedIn and by keeping in regular contact with people currently working in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!
