The Role

Project Manager - Med Comms Agency - South Wales - Up to £35k

Due to continued growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen, within a leading independent Medical Communications agency. This South Wales based Project Manager role will involve providing key support to project teams to successfully deliver client requirements on time, to budget and to brief.

To apply for this role our client was hoping for applicants with client services experience within healthcare communications but will also consider applicants with project management experience from the wider pharma industry.

The Role

This Project Manager role will involve providing key support to project teams to successfully deliver client requirements on time, to budget and to brief. This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed documentation relating to projects and project plans reflecting current timelines and milestones.

  • Produce bespoke cost proposals for clients and managing project financials throughout the process.

  • Oversee multiple projects at one time- to contribute to successful account outcomes.

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.

  • Support and guide the more junior team members whilst also staying abreast of developments within the pharmaceutical and medical communications industries which may affect the projects or clients.



To apply for this role our client was ideally hoping for applicants with Medical Communications client Services experience, however, would also be open to applicants from the wider pharma industry. Our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experiences:

  • Degree level education or relevant experience

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office

  • Highly numerate

  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Demonstratable experience in healthcare Project Management

  • Project management qualification (eg Prince2 or equivalent) is desirable
