We're a highly specialised recruitment consultancy, working with some of the world's largest Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Life Sciences companies and we're now looking to attract a talented Resourcer/Junior Consultant to join our successful medical device sales team based either in our Wilmslow or Central Manchester offices.

What is the Opportunity?

We have an excellent opportunity at the Resourcer or Junior Consultant level working within the medical device sales team, helping to find great candidates for a range of positions across the healthcare industry.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Highly competitive starting base salary

  • Ideally will have experience of working in a sales related or target driven environment

  • A strong work ethic. Proactive and focused approach. Works at pace
  • Confident and not phased by tasks outside your comfort zone, wants to push and learn

Which team and area do you work/specialise in?

I specialise in the recruitment of Medical Device sales professionals across Europe.

 

What are some of the typical roles you cover?

These range from entry level Graduate Sales, Territory Management, Business Development Management, Clinical Specialists, Regional Sales Management and National Sales Management within the Medical Device sector. 

 

What are the hot issues in your sector currently?

MDD/MDR deadline, Brexit and cutting edge innovation such as surgical robotics and implanted patient monitoring systems

 

Who is your biggest idol / inspiration and why? 

David Attenborough - followed his passion and inspired millions by the obvious love for what he does.

 

What is your greatest fear?

Stepping on a spider with bare feet! Yuk!

 

How would your friends describe you in three words?

A dad, honest and trustworthy
