A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.

This role offers the opportunity to keep your hand in with developing innovative medical content for patients and physicians, whilst working with directors on company strategy and growth initiatives

The Role

Scientific Team Lead or Scientific Director hone the scientific strategy and manage the medical writers.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Provide guidance on content and oversee large clients.

  • Provide Medical and Scientific advice on creative concepts and pitches.

  • Inspire and coach the team of medical writers to produce world class materials.

  • Digitally savvy, keen to ideate and push boundaries

You

Having progressed through the ranks as a medical writer, you are looking for that next move away from pure content development into a more strategic and commercial role.

  • Scientific background and several years' experience as a medical writer in a healthcare communications agency or inhouse for a pharmaceutical company.

  • To proof/quality control (QC) all projects.

  • Support the directors with developing company strategy and growth plans.

  • Able to recruit, train and retain top editorial talent.
