The Role

The Company

We are recruiting for an experienced Scientific Advisor to join a fantastic Leading Pharmaceutical Company who are privately owned and have a World Class reputation for developing market leading products within a multitude of therapy areas. This is a 12 month contract cover position.


The Role

This Scientific Advisor role is a great contract opportunity within a well-known and reputable company. You will be responsible for:

  • Work alongside medical and brand team members to provide scientific support across UK functions for a range of products

  • Assist the compliance manager with the preparation and management of Standard Operating Procedures and the quality management system

  • Provide scientific support to assist in the evaluation of business development opportunities and product launches

  • Assist with preparation of short reports, abstracts, posters and presentations for use internally or externally



To be considered for this Medical Science Liaison role, you need to have:

  • Life sciences degree is essential

  • Experience in Medical Information and Copy Approval

  • Ability to work with key stakeholders effectively across multiple functions

Speaking with candidates and clients daily keeps me updated on any industry changes or news, and getting involved in LinkedIn groups as well as reading relevant news articles also helps.

What's your favourite film and why?

Shawshank Redemption. It teaches you to never give up and have resilience. "Hope is a dangerous thing."

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A machine that instantly gives you a makeover and blow dry without spending hours in front of the mirror. It can all be very time consuming!
