I'm not a big film watcher at all. I last saw The Inbetweeners at the cinema and that was hilarious!
If you could invent one thing what would it be?
Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.

Key Account Manager (Rare Diseases), Global Pharma Company, Scotland, Highly Competitive Financial Package


The Company

Our Client is a leading Global BioTech Company specialising in rare diseases. They strive to develop new medications in order to develop brand new products where none existed before. Their main focus is to improve patients' lives and ensure treatments reach all those who need them.


The Role

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will be promoting a portfolio of products for rare metabolic conditions.

  • You will adopt a key account management approach across your territory and educate clinicians about the key signs and symptoms of these rare diseases.

  • You will be required to work cross functionally, liaising with the rest of the team, marketing and medics in order to promote a highly specialist range of products within a clinically complex environment.

  • You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across your territory.



  • You will be a high performing Key Account Manager that is experienced in dealing with complex clinical and funding decisions, ideally in rare diseases.

  • You will have a comprehensive understanding of NHS Scotland and be able to account plan and prioritise accordingly, setting short, medium and long-term goals.

  • You need the drive and desire to work in a specialist area and be driven by improving patient's lives.

  • You MUST have the ABPI.
