I'm not a big film watcher at all. I last saw The Inbetweeners at the cinema and that was hilarious!
If you could invent one thing what would it be?
Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.

The Company

Our client is a rapidly growing business who work in partnership with both the NHS and Pharma companies on a range of high profile patient focussed projects, predominantly in primary care.

 

The Role

  • As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a highly skilled and successful team of 13.

  • The role will involve strategic management of the sales team, directing and developing them in a Key Account Management discipline.

  • You will assist with the recruitment process and support new employees' integrations and training.

  • The role involves working closely with the Directors of the company, establishing a training programme and reviewing and improving current business plans.

  • You will identify and resolve shortfalls in delays or services to prevent longer term problems and build up the business in this rapidly expanding company.

 

You

  • You MUST be a highly successful and experienced Regional Business Manager with a thorough understating and experience of managing, coaching and developing a sales team.

  • You will be a dynamic and commercial professional with an innovative approach to management and will have an in depth understanding of the NHS.

  • You will be able to clearly demonstrate developing individuals and collectively as a team to exceed target and their own career aspirations.

  • You will have First Class business planning and project management skills and be innovative and creative in your approach with previous examples of proven success.
