If you could invent one thing what would it be?
A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.

The Role

Responsible for going above and beyond to provide outstanding client service across a number of key accounts.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Business Unit Director to drive unit revenue
  • Provide client service excellence across 3 large accounts (UK, EMEA and Global)
  • Direct line management of the junior Account Director and Senior Account Manager
  • Manage critical business unit deliverables to an excellent standard.
  • Support the Business Unit Director in forecasting and cost containment, recruitment and training, organic business growth, leading pitches, long-term strategic business development and expanding the medical education offering of the unit.
