Our client is a market-leading healthcare agency that provide medical education and promotional programmes to doctors across the world. They create and deliver marketing communications campaigns that engage their global clients with doctors in all specialities to keep their network informed on the current and future healthcare market.

  • They are looking for an experience Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their team - can be office or home based
  • Working with a well-established, close knit team that strive to improve and modernise healthcare

 

The Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire to proactively build and maintain customer relationships, by delivering highly successful campaigns and therefore maximising revenue streams. Additional responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in conjunction with the senior sales leads, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business issues and how the company can help address them
  • Take sole responsibility for generating revenue in a small portfolio of accounts with a combined target of up to £150k
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of your account portfolio
  • Develop and maintain thorough account plans for each customer
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the Customer is receiving the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaigns
  • Actively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered to your portfolio, increasing the revenue generated from it
  • Gather, monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing detailed and useful and meaningful information back to the customer
  • Responsible for generating awareness within clients, of developing capabilities of the company
  • Responsible for representing the company as a delegate at relevant exhibitions, conferences etc

 

You

  • Proven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectations
  • Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers
  • Experience in managing campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve objectives
  • Occasional travel to client meetings in required

For both Quality and Supply Chain, Brexit is a huge topic at the moment. Clients and candidates I work with have been working extensively to organise contingency strategies to minimise the effects to cost of manufacture and speed of product delivery.
