Senior Research Executive / Research Manager / Associate Director - Healthcare Market Research Agency - Surrey - £35k - £65K

 

The Company

One of the world's leading healthcare market research agencies is looking for experienced and enthusiastic market research professionals to join their team. This company works globally but are based in a part of Surrey which is just 30 mins from Central London giving staff the best of both worlds. Their ad-hoc research team is looking for SREs, RMs and Associate Directors capable of developing strong client relationships and managing ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative projects across the research process. The team has a professional close-knit culture and is keen to welcome new members.

 

The Role

They are looking for somebody with:

  • Existing healthcare ad-hoc market research agency experience - around 18 months to 3 years at the SRE level, 3 - 4 at RM level and between 4 and 6 years at the AD level

  • Commercial drive and awareness

  • Effective communication skills

  • Graduate calibre qualifications

  • Strong project management skills

 

You

  • Due to the ad-hoc nature of the job and the variety of different projects that are worked on at any given time; organisation, time-management and adaptability are essential.

  • The ability to work well and effectively communicate within a team is also central to the role, with all projects having a designated project team consisting of individuals of varying levels and expertise. These communication skills are also crucial when it comes to building relationships with clients and presenting research findings.

  • Both a quantitative and a qualitative skill set is needed, including a good attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong commercial awareness, the creativity to support this and a natural desire to leave no stone unturned.
