The Role

Key Account Manager - Global Pharma Company - East Anglia - Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire - £Competitive Financial Package

 

The Company

Our Client, a global biotech company with a heritage in Haematology, Oncology and Biologics, has a fantastic opportunity for a highly successful Key Account Manager to promote a specialist biologic across their East of England region. They are a small company in the UK, with a big culture! They have numerous employee awards, a well-renowned training programme and regular ad-hoc incentives and well-being initiatives.

 

The Role

  • You will be promoting a life changing biologic across a couple of different indications.
  • You will be autonomous on territory and be expected to identify key stakeholders and utilise them to build advocacy for your products across your territory.
  • Building a positive environment for sales growth, you will prioritise your accounts effectively to maximise impact.
  • This role requires in depth clinical discussions and robust economical solutions therefore as a candidate, you MUST have the gravitas to deal with challenging issues, persevere and problem solve effectively.

 

You

  • As a candidate, you will already be a successful and self-motivated Hospital Specialist or Key Account Manager that thrives on working in a competitive therapy area. Alternatively, you may be an up and coming Sales Rep with a couple of years experience, first class results, lots of energy and enthusiasm and looking for career progression into a more specialist role.
  • You will ideally have sold into the biologics market or another specialist therapy area where clinical and cost discussions are frequent, but this is not essential.
  • You will have excellent sales success brought about by being innovative and entrepreneurial in your sales approach.
  • You must have the ABPI and live on territory.
