How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

Digital Ad Operations Executive - Healthcare Advertising Agency - Berkshire - £30k


The Company

Our client is one of the leading healthcare advertising agencies around! Here's some extra info:

  • Commutable from surrounding counties and can be reached in under an hour from central London


The Role

Due to continued new business wins and organic growth, this global healthcare advertising agency are looking to add to their operations team and need a proactive operations executive to drive the implementation of digital advertising campaigns across the business.

  • Work closely with senior operations specialists to ensure campaign set-ups meet the requirements and are in-line with expectations of clients / wider teams.

  • Work closely with project management and development teams on the implementation and setup of Google Analytics and Tag Manager within campaign websites.

  • Keep on top of trafficking to ensure all ad campaigns are successfully delivered.

  • Assist in refining and improving the agencies approach to planning, setup and management of digital media campaigns.

  • Play a crucial part in shaping and executing the agency's overall digital media strategic goals.



To be successful in this Digital Ad Operations Executive role you are expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

  • A thorough understanding of the digital media landscape with working knowledge of the set-up and management of paid digital media campaigns.

  • Proficiency in a leading third-party ad server (Sizmek, Flashtalking, DoubleClick)

  • Experience in managing campaigns through Facebook and using Google Tag Manager.

  • Google Analytics Qualification.

  • A keen eye for detail and a demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
