The Company

We are recruiting for a Global Pharma Company with specialties in Oncology and Cardiology. They are a hugely innovative company with an honest and open culture where you can implement your own ideas and truly make a difference! They are now recruiting an Associate Brand Manager to join the team and work on the recently launched new product.


The Role

  • Collaborates within a matrix organisation, to drive marketing through a customer centric approach. The role will drive customer engagement projects aligned to specific customer channel preferences and supporting strategic brand objectives
  • Accountable for the management of costs versus budget for agreed projects and proactively identifies/escalates any variances to relevant project lead
  • Drives marketing and digital excellence through a customer centric approach
  • Owns and supports brand projects across the organisation
  • Collaborates throughout the organisation and externally to meet brand and corporate objectives and to gather internal and external insights
  • Ensuring that both personal and cross functional team expertise of market, competitors and brand clinical data is maintained to enable effective decision-making
  • Manages marketing projects from inception to delivery with support from Brand Lead as required



  • Significant experience of project management across a range of brands, therapy areas and customer groups. Ideally gained through integrated healthcare digital agency experience
  • Demonstrable success in a variety of channels, including integrated digital platforms
  • Excellent team working, communication, engagement and presentation skills
  • Full driving licence
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software products.
