How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I try and keep on top of industry specific news via LinkedIn, newsletters and media in general. I believe you can also gather most of the information that you need from conversations with candidates and clients. 

What is your favourite film and why?

Anchorman - it is one of those films where the more you watch it the funnier it gets. If not then pretty much anything with Denzel Washington in it - he doesn't do bad films!

If you could invent one this what would it be?

A time machine without a doubt! I absolutely hate both myself and other people being late so this would just solve all my issues.

What makes you distinctly different?

I have completed Tough Mudder twice, as well as other endurance events. I feel it is necessary to push yourself both mentally and physically, otherwise you never know what you can do. It hurts all the way around but you cannot beat that feeling the at the finish line! 



The Role

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst for a global biopharmaceutical company based in Berkshire.

The Role

A varied role but the key functions will be to provide analysis which supports the Sales Force to make sure that they are seeing the right people at the right time.Your role will be:

  • Key in helping to develop the analytical tools used by the company to effectively plan sales and account management activity.

  • Implementing the analytics vision working with the Business Analytics and Field Excellence Manager

  • You will have a good understanding of the processes and procedures within a large organisation.

  • You will lead operational excellence programmes to improve the business performance of the Sales force.

  • Collate and integrate insights from the field and the brand teams to support Sales Force effectiveness using the CRM



To be considered for this opportunity you will have experience of being either a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst or Sales Force Manager within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Broad skillset, analytically minded with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge others to find a positive conclusion.

  • Ability to think creatively is key especially when facing complex and ambiguous situations

  • Experience in business intelligence, analysing market data and developing data-driven solutions.

  • You will have a proactive approach to your work and must be able to demonstrate innovation.

  • Proven record of project management, implementing projects which have directly positively impacted commercial functions
