All field based sales roles, including field based Market Access, Training and Management positions, as well as Marketing roles. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

It is essential we keep up to date with industry news. Whether that relates to any big changes within the NHS that affects the Pharma industry, or what products are coming off patent / new product launches. This can be done by reading trade journals, attending exhibitions, but more often than not is done by speaking with candidates and clients on a regular basis.

What's your favourite film and why?
I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I watched a film through in its entirety.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?
The things I would love to invent is mobile phones that NEVER cut off/lose signal, regardless of location, going into a tunnel or some other completely random event. One of the most frustrating things when speaking to people is when the line just dies for no apparent reason (or they just got bored and hung up on me)!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
Last year I trained myself to be able to hold my breath for four minutes. 


The Role

The Company

Our client is a Global Pharma Company with specialties in Oncology and Cardiology. They are a hugely innovative company with an honest and open culture where you can implement your own ideas and truly make a difference! They are now recruiting a Brand Director to join the team and work on the recently launched new product.


The Role

  • Part of the Leadership Team, you will be integral to the European Brand Planning process working cross functionally across the business to plan and strategise actives and expenditure in line with the European direction.
  • You will continually adapt and revise brand strategy using innovative and entrepreneurial concepts to ensure the product maximizes profit and benefits the NHS.
  • You will develop, implement, and ensure all critical success factors are hit and report monthly to the Director across the Business Unit.
  • You will manage, develop, and recruit a highly successful team and set a clear vision to ensure goals are achieved.
  • You will build strong relationships with third parties to ensure communication channels are enhanced.



  • You MUST be working at a similar level and have experience working collaboratively with Snr Management and be comfortable and confident engaging within Regional Affiliates.
  • You will have managed a product through its entre lifecycle and be compliant with all regulations, working in an ethical manner without compromise!!
  • You will be a natural leader looking for a dynamic environment to excel and have both a creative and analytical mind, being able to spot opportunities, strategise quickly and influence others to implement.
  • You MUST have the ABPI and ideally a Masters (though not essential).
