The Role

Supply Chain Manager, Berkshire, £75k- £80k + 15% bonus, £7.5k car allowance, pension plus other benefits

A highly successful, speciality pharmaceutical company have slightly restructured their global Supply Chain function and require a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the UK, Europe and Australia team.

  • Small supply chain function within a global company, giving the successful candidate scope to really develop the role


The Role

This is a diverse role within a small team with the opportunity to make key decisions and implement strategy. The main responsibilities of this Supply Chain Manager role include:

  • Overseeing the full end-to-end Supply Chain function, including two Supply Chain Managers covering Europe and Australia, on an operation and strategic level

  • Day to day running of the UK and Ireland supply chain function, including issue management, in a standalone role

  • Advising and implementing supply chain strategy

  • Negotiation of contracts and KPI reviews

  • Quote management by SKU

  • Liaising with various departments across numerous sites including a close working relationship with the finance department



To be considered for this Supply Chain Manager vacancy you will have the experience to hit the ground running with minimal to no supervision, it's essential you are able to demonstrate:

  • An absolute minimum of 5 years end to end Supply Chain experience - essential

  • A minimum of three years current or very recent experience working in a Supply Chain Manager role or similar for a pharmaceutical company - essential

  • Experience managing senior level interactions

  • Working in a cross functional role, overcoming time difference difficulties to maintain efficient communication
