All field based sales roles, including field based Market Access, Training and Management positions, as well as Marketing roles. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

It is essential we keep up to date with industry news. Whether that relates to any big changes within the NHS that affects the Pharma industry, or what products are coming off patent / new product launches. This can be done by reading trade journals, attending exhibitions, but more often than not is done by speaking with candidates and clients on a regular basis.

What's your favourite film and why?
I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I watched a film through in its entirety.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?
The things I would love to invent is mobile phones that NEVER cut off/lose signal, regardless of location, going into a tunnel or some other completely random event. One of the most frustrating things when speaking to people is when the line just dies for no apparent reason (or they just got bored and hung up on me)!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
Last year I trained myself to be able to hold my breath for four minutes. 


The Role

The Company

Our client is a Global Pharma Company that has just launched a new Biologic within Dermatology and has another exciting product in the pipeline for launch TBC within the biologics environment. Based in the Berkshire Head Office, they are looking for a strategic Head to lead and strategies their coaching and development and to ensure they continue to have market leading training across their UK and Northern Europe affiliates.


The Role

  • This role reports into Zurich whereby you will have input in shaping and strategising the global training and coaching programme.

  • You will be tasked to make fit for purpose training programmes for the UK and European Affiliates Sales and Marketing teams and will be integral to creating and providing development opportunities that will have positive impact across the capabilities.

  • You will ensure training and coaching will add value to the customers and improve patient outcomes.

  • Strategising and implementing, you will work with both internal and external training providers to ensure world class market leading training methods are fully utilised.

  • E-learning will be a big component of this.



  • You will already have a very strong and highly successful career within training in the Pharmaceutical sector.

  • You will be a highly innovative trainer and early adopter to both methods and technology to improve and enhance the learning experience.

  • You will be able to create a learning programme from scratch and promotes a culture of self-development and continual improvement.

  • Confident with excellent communication and influencing skill's, this role is based in the Berkshire Head office.

  • This role will require 30% International travel.

  • You must have the ABPI
