All field based sales roles, including field based Market Access, Training and Management positions, as well as Marketing roles. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

It is essential we keep up to date with industry news. Whether that relates to any big changes within the NHS that affects the Pharma industry, or what products are coming off patent / new product launches. This can be done by reading trade journals, attending exhibitions, but more often than not is done by speaking with candidates and clients on a regular basis.

What's your favourite film and why?
I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I watched a film through in its entirety.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?
The things I would love to invent is mobile phones that NEVER cut off/lose signal, regardless of location, going into a tunnel or some other completely random event. One of the most frustrating things when speaking to people is when the line just dies for no apparent reason (or they just got bored and hung up on me)!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
Last year I trained myself to be able to hold my breath for four minutes.

The Role

  • This role is a stand-alone position whereby you will be integral to creating and providing development opportunities that will have positive impact across the capabilities within the Sales and Marketing team.

  • You will report into the HR Director to promote a learning culture within the organisation that will add value to the customers and improve patient outcomes.

  • Strategising and implementing, you will work with both internal and external training providers to ensure world class market leading training methods are fully utilised.

  • E-learning will be a big component of this.
