The Role

Senior / Principal Medical Writer - Medical Education Agency - Bucks - £competitive

After an incredibly exciting start to 2019, with new accounts won already, this small but highly successful, independently owned agency are looking for an experienced Medical Writer from a med comms agency background to join their idyllic Buckinghamshire office!

 

The Company

An exciting time for the agency as they grow their team whilst maintaining an autonomous working culture. Their editorial team has expanded, and after an internal promotion they have a requirement for a Senior or Principal level Medical Writer!

  • Grown to £2million with a 5-year ambition to reach £5 million

  • Working with a substantial list of major pharma and healthcare companies

  • A predominantly UK client base, with a specialist division specialising on global biosimilar account

  • Provide both tradition and digital deliverables - a great variety!

  • Idyllic town location easily accessible by public transport

 

The Role

The successful candidate will be someone who is well versed in referencing scientific materials and using PowerPoint, preferably with hands on experience of Zinc compliance software

  • Representing a specialist function within their programme management teams

  • Working alongside the Programme Directors and Programme Managers to be the team expert on data and the clinical story

  • Delivering to the client brief to deadlines

  • Very little, if any, client interaction as there is substantial support from the programme team

 

You

To be considered for this vacancy, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a medical writing role, but all levels above this will be considered

  • Any therapy area will be considered

  • Experience in a medical communication / education agency is essential
