The Role

As the Account Manager / Senior Account Manager you will work in a highly autonomous role, and be responsible for:

  • Manage and Direct up to 50% of the companies projects
  • Working on a range of deliverables including medical education meetings, advisory boards, patient materials, scientific slide decks, animations, sales materials (printed & digital), e-details
  • Exposure to a variety of therapy areas including: Epilepsy, Haemophilia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Travel Vaccines, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Respiratory, Female Healthcare, Dermatology, Pain Management, Lysosomal Disorders, Ophthalmology and Osteoarthritis
  • Be the point of contact for clients on your accounts
  • Ensure all projects are completed to the best standard within the agreed budget and timescale
  • Advising and mentoring Account Executives and Account Managers



To be considered for this Account Manager / Senior Account Manager vacancy you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Life sciences degree as a minimum
  • Experience working as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a pharmaceutical setting, ideally a medical communications agency
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience being the point of contact for clients
  • Understanding of medical writing practices
  • Project management experience with the ability to accurately prioritise workload
