The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them! 



The Role

Account Manager, Global Pharma Company, Berks, Bucks & Oxon, £highly competitive


The Company

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharma sales experience looking to advance their career. Currently recruiting for a UK based Global Pharma and Healthcare company that are still independently owned - the company has an innovative product portfolio across a number of therapy areas, and this role is focusing within Respiratory and Diabetes - with a key focus on their Diabetes drug. Across all the therapy areas the company is involved in, they strive to support the NHS in delivering effective patient care.


The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Splitting your time between the two therapy areas: Diabetes and Respiratory - promoting the products across predominantly Primary Care - but also into secondary care as required as well as at CCG and medicines management level.

  • There is a focus on Diabetes, approx. 80% of time, with 20% of time focused on Respiratory

  • Adopting an account management approach to achieve sales targets across your territory.

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer environment within your territory to ensure the successful promotion of your product portfolio.

  • Being involved as part of a close-knit team who have been extremely successful!



  • You will be a positive, ambitious and driven individual ideally with experience in primary care and some secondary care exposure. Any CCG or medicines management experience would also be beneficial.

  • Experience in Diabetes is strongly preferred, however this is flexible for an experienced Pharma Sales Rep

  • You will have a demonstrable record of achievement and sales successes as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills in order to build effective customer relationships.

  • You will be results driven and demonstrate strong determination to succeed.
