I specialise in candidate resourcing within the pharmaceutical sales and marketing industries. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I keep a keen eye on pharma and bio news and gather information from the candidates and clients that I regularly keep in touch with. 

What's your favourite film and why?

This is a very tough question, it's hard to choose as I love so many. However, if I had to pick one it would probably be Hot Fuzz. Hilarious and no matter how many times I watch it there is always a funny I've missed.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A set of bionic wings - it would make the commute to and from work a breeze...

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

Slightly ironically I have an identical twin, which confuses people. I think my science background gives me a slight leg up when job descriptions come through, better helping me find the right people for the right jobs.

The Role

A superb opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment and a chance to make a difference to the surgical device market. This role will offer autonomy and a chance to gain exposure to a variety of different areas within the business.

  • Lead your territory autonomously. You will be responsible for developing and uncovering new business across your defined sales area

  • Personally manage and identify key accounts in the territory to maximise growth in existing accounts and win new business.

  • Develop business plans for your territory and implement strategy to maximise sales.



To be considered for the Territory Manager role you will be:

  • Have had two years' experience in the medical device sales industry, ideally in a theatre environment and be able to demonstrate sales success.

  • Our client is looking for someone that is passionate about sales, the healthcare industry and that will have a strong work ethic to help drive sales.

  • Have an awareness of NHS structures and policies and has some experience with gaining formulary or protocol inclusion.

  • Be able and willing to cover a large territory and help gain new and develop existing accounts within that territory.
