How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

Biologic Key Account Manager | Global Pharma Company | Dorset & Hamps | Competitive financial package

 

The Company

Our Client, a global biotech company with a heritage in Haematology & biologics, has a fantastic opportunity for a highly successful Key Account Manager to promote a specialist Rheumatology product.

 

The Role

  • You will be autonomous on territory and be expected to identify Key Stakeholders, both clinical and financial and utilise them to build advocacy for your products across your territory.

  • Building a positive environment for sales growth, you will be required to do stakeholder mapping and prioritise your accounts effectively to maximise impact.

  • This role requires in depth clinical discussions and robust economical solutions therefore as a candidate, you MUST have the gravitas to deal with challenging issues and problem solve effectively.

  • Your territory will be Dorset and Hampshire therefore this role requires excellent Key Account Management skills

 

You

  • As a candidate, you will already be a successful and self-motivated Hospital Specialist or Key Account Manager that thrives on working autonomously and in a highly competitive therapy area. Or you may be an up and coming Sales Rep with a couple of year's experience, first class results, lots of energy and enthusiasm and looking for career progression.

  • You will ideally have sold into the biologic market or another niche therapy area where clinical and cost discussions are frequent.

  • You will have excellent sales success brought about by being innovative and entrepreneurial in your sales approach.

  • You will be able to demonstrate working with a variety of customers, both internal and external and have consistent success throughout your career.
