Pharma Sales and Key Account Managers in London, the South, South West, and South Wales.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Role

Medical Sales Representative, Global Pharma Company (Medium sized in UK), West London/ Hertfordshire, Competitive Financial Package


The Company

An innovative pharmaceutical company supported by large annual investments & developing products at both early and late stage development are currently recruiting for a Medical Sales Representative across their South-East team covering both Primary and Secondary care.

For this position, the company will consider either a GP & Hospital Representative, or a tenacious Primary Care Representative looking to take their next step into a dual Primary & Hospital position.

The company itself is backed by organisational giants, and have a strong pipeline with some new products coming to market.

It is a prosperous time including developing new teams, new departments and moving into new therapy areas, yet despite their recent growth, has managed to maintain its close-knit family feel with opportunity for growth and career progression in the role.


The Role

This role requires the individual to be a tenacious and resilient Sales Representative with experience working with a variety of different customers across the NHS in primary care - secondary care experience is ideal, but not mandatory.

  • You will be required to drive sales in existing accounts through achievement of Sales and Activity Targets - with an agreed target list of customers.

  • You will be required to work on formulary applications, identify and develop local Key Opinion Leaders and implement strategies to develop best practice and Key Account Plans.

  • You will promote several products across multiple therapy areas.



  • You will be a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative looking to take the next step in your career

  • You will be able to give examples of previous career successes or a rising star with future potential!

  • You will have excellent relationship building skills

  • A network of key contacts in primary and secondary care across Hertfordshire & West London would be ideal for this position.

  • You will have strong commercial aptitude and be business focused in order to plan your accounts and business efficiently and effectively.

  • You must be ABPI qualified, or in the process of acquiring this.
