By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Company
 

Our client is a Global Bio Pharma Company that has an exciting portfolio of niche specialist medicines to treat some of the most challenging diseases. They are now bringing to market a NEW PRODUCT within Haematology which will change how patients are treated and have huge benefits for the NHS. They are seeking a team of highly skilled and successful Key Account Managers to launch this product across the UK.
 

The Role
 

  • You will be autonomous on territory and be expected to create a strategic account plan focussing on key specialist centres on your territory.

  • You will problem solve with innovative solutions that add value and generate appropriate levels of activity and sales.

  • Building a positive environment for sales growth, you will be required to prioritise your accounts effectively to maximise impact during launch phase.

  • This role requires in depth clinical discussions therefore as a candidate, you MUST have the gravitas to deal with challenging responses.

  • Your territory will be South East & South Central therefore this role requires excellent Key Account Management skills.


You
 

  • As a candidate, you will already be a successful and self-motivated Key Account Manager who thrives on working autonomously and in a highly specialist therapy area.

  • You will ideally have experience working within Oncology or Haematology or another specialist area.

  • You will have first class sales results, lots of energy and enthusiasm and ideally experience working on a product launch.

  • Your excellent sales success will be brought about by being innovative and entrepreneurial in your sales approach.

  • You will be able to demonstrate collaborative working and how you have shared best practice to improve team function.
