How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Role

Key Account Manager, Global Pharma Company, South Central - Hampshire, Competitive Financial Package

 

The Company

We are supporting a Global Bio Pharma Company currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join their Diabetes Business Unit. They are a dynamic and aspirational company that have an amazing pipeline within specialist medicine and are now looking to add resource to support the ongoing success of their new diabetes product.

 

The Role

  • Promoting a recently launched Diabetes product, you will continue with the launch, aiming to grow sales and market share.

  • You will be required to identify and build effective and strategic Account Plans across your territory, adopting a multi stakeholder approach with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will work at primary care, secondary care and CCG level.

 

You

  • You will be a first class Key Account Manager ideally with launch experience and must have demonstrable success working within the NHS at a strategic level.

  • You will ideally have experience working in diabetes, but this is not essential.

  • You will be able to clearly demonstrate developing complex and strategic Account plans to maximise sales both in the short and long term.

  • You will have excellent NHS knowledge and be able to utilise your knowledge and network in order to implement high level projects to fruition, adding value to the company and the NHS.

  • You will be highly resilient, innovative in your approach with excellent commercial and business acumen.
