Capital Sales Account Manager - Theatre Sales -  Medical Devices - South East (South Thames, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire) - Competitive Salary Package.

The Role

  • A superb opportunity to be a part of a great team, you will be responsible for all sales on territory and the entire sales cycle.
  • Products include capital theatre equipment e.g. Surgical Lights, tables and Walls.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through the implementation of a sales tactics and strategies.
  • You will maintain and develop key relationships with customers and work with the Sales Manager to grow the business in line with company plans.
  • Involvement in both pre and post sell to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

You

To be considered for the Territory Manager role you will:

  • Ideally have experience selling capital equipment and/or experience in a theatre environment.
  • Be extremely driven and hardworking with the hunger to generate sales and a track record to prove your sales success.
  • Have strong communication & negotiating skills with the ability to plan effectively.

I specialise in candidate resourcing within the pharmaceutical sales and marketing industries. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I keep a keen eye on pharma and bio news and gather information from the candidates and clients that I regularly keep in touch with. 

What's your favourite film and why?

This is a very tough question, it's hard to choose as I love so many. However, if I had to pick one it would probably be Hot Fuzz. Hilarious and no matter how many times I watch it there is always a funny I've missed.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A set of bionic wings - it would make the commute to and from work a breeze...

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

Slightly ironically I have an identical twin, which confuses people. I think my science background gives me a slight leg up when job descriptions come through, better helping me find the right people for the right jobs.
