I specialise in attracting and resourcing high calibre candidates for junior level Medical Communications teams.

I keep up-to-date using groups on LinkedIn and by keeping in regular contact with people currently working in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!

The Role

Project Manager - Med Comms CRO - South East - Up to £35k

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Med Comms agency candidate to make the transition into a client side CRO. This international, well-established client offers a competitive salary and benefits and fantastic internal progression opportunities. The Project Manager role will involve assisting both the Editorial and Client Services teams to manage the running of 2-3 projects at a time. Our client is hoping for applicants with over 2 years' experience in a client services role within a medical communications agency.


The Company

This international Clinical Research Organisation is in need of a Project Manager to join their well-established Medical Communications team. This role will offer the ideal candidate the chance to join an international, well-respected company which offers a client-side environment. This company offers:

The Role

This Project Manager opportunity will involve assisting the Senior Account and Editorial teams in the project planning and delivery of various Medical Communications deliverables. Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Leading and facilitating client calls.

  • Driving project flow

  • Managing and overseeing the budget

  • Being involved in 2-3 accounts at any one time- these accounts will include a mixture of publications and promotional accounts



To apply for this role as a Project Manager our client was hoping for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

  • Must have 2-3 years' experience working within a Med Comms agency, in a project management or client services role

  • Strong client facing experience, good client approach and strong communication skills.

  • Good IT skills- including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must be able to demonstrate running of multiple client accounts.

  • Good business development skills

  • Account planning skills as well as project delivery experience.
