The Company

We are currently looking for a Part Time Digital Medical Manager. This company is a leading pharmaceutical company with aspirations to grow further across the next 5 years. They can offer:

The Role

  • Your main responsibilities will consist of project managing the creation and curation of content to be disseminated through digital channels.

  • You will work with external agencies to ensure high quality material, agreed metrics and timely delivery of projects/material.

  • Engage with Medical Affairs to identify key clinical data release or other key events to support the digital content development

  • Work closely with Medical Leads in the approval of materials to ensure they are aligned with brand strategy and the necessary Codes of Practice and Laws governing the promotion and sale of medicines within the UK and Ireland

  • Actively feedback insights from customer interactions to the Multichannel team, Medical Affairs and Marketing teams

  • You will be reporting to our Head of Customer Operations and working closely with the Multichannel Manager, Medical Affairs and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for generation of digital content at congresses and events.

  • Review and approval (signatory) of digital materials submitted for copy approval



  • Medic or Pharmacist / MBBS or Pharmacy degree

  • Final medical signatory (UK registered pharmacist of medic) experience is essential

  • Project management skills including financial management

  • Ability to communicate clearly with all internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver digital content

  • Ability to demonstrate good scientific integrity in across a number of therapy areas

  • Ability to set priorities, take personal responsibility, and communicate issues

  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and technology quickly

  • Excellent knowledge of latest digital technologies and techniquesInterest in business, internet marketing and stakeholder engagement.
