If you could invent one thing what would it be?

The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them!

The Role

Regional Business Manager | Medium sized pharma | South | £competitive

 

The Company

Our client is an international Pharmaceutical Company that has an excellent background in the Gastroenterology arena, alongside several other therapy areas. They have a well-established portfolio within the Gastro marketplace, and a key role is live within their Regional Management team. This role will be for someone ideally based within an hour of the West London area and will lead a team across the South of England

 

The Job

This is an important role for our client whereby you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 5 Key Account Managers across the South of England
  • Execute, alongside the commercial sales team, promotional campaigns and projects as per the country plan
  • You will be fully involved in the coaching and development and look to further enhance your sales team, adopting a Key Account Management approach
  • Analysing the sales teams results on a monthly basis to ensure adherence to company objectives. Maintaining the records, keeping the salesforce informed of their progress and assisting where required to improve results
  • Participate in the developing the country plan and be involved in the marketing strategies

 

You

To be considered for this Regional Business Manager:

  • Current or previous Line Management experience within the Pharma industry
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills
  • Have a background in Key Account Management - an understanding of the process and able to communicate this to the team
  • Gastro experience is preferred but certainly not required for the role
  • You MUST have the ABPI.
