By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Company

Our Client is an innovative Global Biotech Company that aims to help people with life altering conditions lead better lives. They are entirely patient and customer focused and they actively encourage employees to challenge the status quo and work creatively in everything they do. They are looking for a first class, ethical and results driven Healthcare Development Manager to join their brand new team build.

 

The Role

  • As a Service Development Manager, you will create access for a brand new product launch in specialist centres across the South of England and Wales.

  • You will be innovative and creative in your strategies, working with clinicians and commissioners to develop services and get preferable positioning for the new product.

  • You will develop and lead projects to develop pathways and help reduce waiting lists.

  • Throughout the local and regional health economy and payor community, you will identify, liaise and build relationships in order to establish effective partnering and influencing at a Regional and National Level.

 

You

  • You will be will an ambitious individual with a number of years of demonstrable success working as a Healthcare Development Manager or Service Development Manager, ideally within a specialist therapy area.

  • You will be able to demonstrate managing a large territory and have clear examples of successes.

  • You will be commercially minded, a creative thinker and a committed team player.

  • You will have excellent NHS knowledge and be able to utilise your knowledge and network in order to implement high level projects to fruition, adding value to the company and the NHS.

  • You will be highly resilient, innovative in your approach with strong commercial and business acumen.
