The Role

In position as Account Manager, your role will be split into three key areas:

  • Responsibility for key accounts, building these client relationships and effectively managing projects ensuring delivery of the highest standards

  • Developing organic growth with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new business, including preparing and leading new business pitches

  • Working closely with the internal senior team to ensure the following of company procedures



In order to make a successful application to the Account Manager role, you MUST demonstrate:

  • Healthcare / medical communications agency experience is essential

  • Currently working as at Account Manager level

  • Successful track record of managing client accounts, building and maintaining excellent relationships

  • Strong project management skills, managing strict deadlines and budgets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
