Capabilities Development Executive | Bio Pharma Co | World Class Organisation | Exceptional financial package


The Company

Our client is a leading Bio Pharma Company that has several newly launched products within specialist care including Oncology and Haematology.A field based role with occasional head office work based in Berkshire, they are looking for a Capabilities Development Executive to create and deliver bespoke training programmes across the business.


The Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Learning, you will assist in designing bespoke training and will be responsible for the delivery in order to strengthen core skills and competencies across the business.
  • You will coach and train individuals and teams and will take ownership of training plans, ensuring a culture of development and learning is adopted.
  • You will be responsible for training analysis and will uncover skill gaps and competencies and will report findings to the Head of Learning and the wider Leadership teams.
  • You will lead on NHS knowledge and will ensure all employee are fully compliant.



  • You MUST have training experience and have designed and delivered training plans across the business.
  • Ideally, you will have trained a commercial sales team in Key Account Management.
  • You will be a confident trainer with an innovative approach to coaching and learning.
  • You will have in depth knowledge of all the theory but then can put this into a tangible and effective training programme.
  • This role is highly visible in the company, working across the leadership team therefore you must demonstrate credibility and kudos.
  • UK experience is an absolute must. ABPI qualified please.
