Pharma Sales and Key Account Managers in London, the South, South West, and South Wales.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By speaking and meeting with candidates on a regular basis to keep up-to-date with new products and projects. 

What's your favourite film and why? 

There are too many good films to mention just one! Some noteable ones are Looking for Sugarman, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, and It's a Wonderful Life! Although these days I spend more of my time watching Disney Princess films with my daughters. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be? 

It's cliched but a cure for all child ailments.

The Role

Territory Manager (Vascular Access), £40k + £12k ote - South West/South Wales.

 

The Company

Leading supplier of medical and surgical disposable products which has a policy of reinvesting their profit into new product research and development.Established nearly 60 years ago, this company enjoys a strong presence within the medical marketplace across Europe and in the last ten years has established itself as a global presence by establishing itself in the US healthcare market.

  • Manufacturer of efficient and innovative single-use medical products.

  • Products clinically proven to minimize risk and infection.

  • New products consistently brought to market.

 

The Role

  • Products: Vascular access devices - PICC lines, midlines. ECG tip placement devices, tissue glue, patient procedure packs.

  • Territory: South West, South Wales.

  • Sales Environment: Hospitals - Critical Care, Theatre.

  • Customers: Critical Care Nurses, Intensivists, Anaesthetists, Theatre Nurses, Radiologists, Procurement.

 

You

You do need to have experience of selling medical devices into the hospital environment, ideally within Critical Care or Theatre.

  • Ability to sell on a clinical basis to Nurses and Hospital Consultants.

  • Comfortable negotiating with Hospital Procurement.

  • Strong relationship builder who is comfortable providing training and education to Clinicians.

  • Attitude - a desire to work in partnership with the NHS within the changing healthcare landscape.
